Royal Lea Law Office represents the court-appointed receiver, John Patrick Lowe, in the Ferrum Capital receivership pending in Bexar County District Court. This page is provided as a resource for individuals and entities who believe they may have a claim against the Ferrum Capital estate.
Claims are organized into two tracks — investor claims and non-investor claims — each with its own notice, claim form, and court-approved procedures order. This receivership is the exclusive forum for these claims: filings made in other proceedings, including the Collins Asset Group or Mike Cox bankruptcies, do not satisfy this requirement.
The receiver can grant a deadline extension for good cause, but only if requested before the applicable bar date expires. Do not wait until the deadline to reach out.
